What you share
The callback form asks for your name, email, and phone number. You can also leave a short note and a good time to call. Please leave out medical records, payment details, and anything else sensitive.
What it’s used for
Daryl uses those details to respond and arrange your session. A callback request does not sign you up for promotional emails. If you separately ask for occasional updates, you can ask to stop them anytime.
Who handles it
Theo hosts this website and processes and stores callback requests. Your request is also sent to Daryl’s email inbox. The hosting, form, and email providers handle the information needed to run those services and prevent spam, which may include your IP address and browser details.
Your callback details aren’t sold or used for targeted advertising. Information may need to be shared if required by law or to deal with fraud or security issues.
Tracking and storage
This website currently has no advertising pixels or audience analytics. The form uses a temporary security token to help prevent spam.
Messages may remain in the form service and email records while needed to handle your inquiry, keep relevant correspondence, or meet legal obligations. No online service can promise complete security.
